Every Lunora letter is personalised with the details you share, including your child’s name, age, personality, and special moments. While each fairy’s letter follows its own enchanting design, the personal touches you choose help create a keepsake that feels uniquely theirs.

Just pop us an email within 12 hours of placing your order and we'll update anything you need, as long as your letter hasn't already been written or posted.

Our letters are written with children aged roughly 2–10 in mind, and the tone is gently adjusted based on the age you share with us.

We take great care in preparing each letter before it leaves us. If your letter arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible with photos, and we’ll do our best to make it right.
