3. PERSONALISATION AND ACCURACY

Lunora is not responsible for errors resulting from incorrect information provided by the customer.
Due to the personalised nature of our products, changes may not be possible once an order has entered processing.

5. ORDERS, PROCESSING AND DELIVERY

We reserve the right to accept, decline, or cancel any order at our discretion, including in cases of suspected fraud, incorrect pricing, or inappropriate content requests.
Digital Products:
• Delivered electronically after purchase.
• Delivery times may vary but are typically completed promptly.
Physical Products:
• Processing and delivery times vary depending on location and postal services.
• Once an order has been dispatched, Lunora is not responsible for delays, loss, or damage caused by third-party delivery providers.
6. PRICING AND PAYMENT
All prices are listed in AUD (Australian Dollars) and are subject to change without notice.
Payment must be made in full at the time of purchase through approved payment providers.
